2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file sent from our web server and saved by your browser. There are two kinds of cookies: Persistent or saved cookies and session cookies. Session cookies disappear when you shut down your browser and are thus not saved, while persistent cookies are saved on your computer for a longer period of time.
3. The purpose of cookies
Cookies are used on the website to count the number of users and the amount of traffic so that we can develop and improve our website.
4. How to delete or avoid cookies
If you do not want to accept cookies, you can set up your browser to automatically reject saving them or to inform you each time a website asks for permission to save a cookie. You can also use the browser to delete previously saved cookies. Read more on your browser’s help pages. You can also delete cookies manually on the hard drive whenever you want.
If you choose not to accept cookies, you can still use a number of functions – but you may limit the functionality of certain pages.
