In the coming years, Nordic HR departments have a unique opportunity to redefine their role as either a part of the “people” problem or a part of the solution. The future success of HR departments will depend on their ability to adopt HR tech solutions that comply with the overall business strategy, embrace the employee experience, and are fully digitalized with automated work processes implemented. These years, a new "breed" of Human Capital (HCM) software with a renewed perception of HR best practice and processes is emerging. The HR Tech market is changing faster than ever these days. Disruption, cloud based HR, and digitalization are concepts that have become a regular part of many HR professional’s lingoes the past 5 years – our bet is: more will be added in the near future.


Nordic HR Tech Days first saw daylight in Denmark’s second largest city, Aarhus. Since then it has developed into the leading HR tech conference in the Nordics with 400-600 expected participants in Copenhagen in 2019. With the Nordic HR Tech Days conference, we want to create a Nordic forum where Nordic generalists and specialists in HR, compensation and benefits, management, IT, and finance can network, meet vendors and domain experts, and gain insight into the latest HR & communication technology solutions. Our goal is to provide a setting where professionals can get inspiration and support to streamline the entire HR value chain including recruitment, administration, retention, development, and attrition.


Nordic HR Tech Days 2019 will be hosted at Scandic Copenhagen, which is one of the largest conference hotels in Copenhagen. The hotel is centrally located in Copenhagen and enjoys a scenic setting with views of the Lakes and Copenhagen skyline. Just around the corner you find lots of shopping opportunities and the iconic Tivoli Gardens. From the hotel you are within walking distance of most of Copenhagen. Scandic Copenhagen has a total of 18 floors, 486 rooms, underground car park, fitness facilities, four restaurants and bars, and offers the possibility to borrow/rent bicycles to discover the city the Copenhagener way. The rooms have free Wi-Fi and are decorated in a contemporary design with either a city or country theme.
