Andreas Von Halling Laier

Andreas is an Employee Success Specialist at In his role he leads projects within HRIT, onboarding/offboarding, employment changes, HR legislation, metrics, culture, information security and employee engagement. A key part of his role has been to set up most of’s HR systems package, including the initial implementation of Culture Amp back in 2016. A key aspect is to integrate the systems and automate as much administrative work as possible. Looking at systems and processes from a data path perspective, i.e. following the data of an employee as it transitions through all systems, is an important step to making HR systems as efficient and effective as possible. While at the same time perceiving the same employee data from an employee life cycle perspective, meaning that you follow all contact points to make sure that you have a coherent and complete employee experience throughout their tenure.
