Easy to say, Charlotte is enjoying the HR business now as much as she did when she started some 20 years ago. Her professional journey has included working with HRIT and digitization of HR-processes in well-known companies such as Skandia, Levi Strauss & Co, and Verisure, as well as with suppliers such as Aditro and Visma. During the years, her most valuable lessons are that:
- Never underestimate your change efforts and make sure you always have the manager and employee experience in mind when digitalizing your HR-processes.
- Make sure you establish a stable ground - without clean data and efficient master data processes you will not be able to fully benefit from system support for the more strategic HCM processes or emerging technologies.
- Digital HR transformation is not a project – it is a continuous journey!
Charlotte is now senior management consultant and VP at Knowit Insight HRM, Sweden’s market leading independent consultancy firm within HRIT and Digital HR. When the motto is “For analogue people in a digital world”, she definitely feels like she’s found her professional home. And now she’s looking
