By chance, Therese started off as a software developer building applications for health care and elderly care. Being a person that is curious about other people her job transformed more and more to be focused around people. For the past years she has been building a new office in Malmö for a small IT-consulting business along with being responsible for operational and strategic HR processes with a main focus on talent acquisition and employer branding. This business was recently sold to Softhouse.
Therese believes in people, in finding the engagement and creating the conditions for people to grow. This is where the employer brand starts – it goes from the inside and out. When it is genuine, people feel it and want to be part of it.
