This year's conference topics
The overall topics of this year's conference are recruitment marketing, candidate experience and sourcing. These three topics have been chosen based on feedback from former conference participants and surveys among Nordic HR professionals.
The rise of Recruitment Marketing
In the last ten years, social media has disrupted the world of recruitment. In the early 2000's there was no such thing as Facebook or LinkedIn etc., but now online & social media has a major impact on a company’s brand and recruitment performance and is a vital tool for HR (Marketers) to leverage.
