This document clarifies Sylvester & co’s terms and conditions, legal entity number 35235469, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sylvester & co owns and operate Nordic HR Conferences.
You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions when purchasing a ticket for a conference or an event organized by Sylvester & co.
Sylvester & co reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
Nordic HR Conferences events are being organized by Sylvester & co.
DECLARATION OF CONSENT
I hereby give my approval for Sylvester & co to obtain, process and use my personal data for processing the purchase of my ticket and for reaching out to me directly with offers about future Nordic HR Conferences events. The information will be used for processing ticket sales and compiling delegate lists. These lists will be shared with our partners, sponsors and delegates, but no partners, sponsors or delegates will receive your email or phone information. It will also be used to enhance our system for tailored content and improve networking opportunities. Please check out our website for an updated list of sponsors here.
When purchasing a ticket for Nordic HR Conferences events sold by Sylvester & co I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me. If I at any time no longer want my data stored, I acknowledge that I may provide Sylvester & co with a reasonable timeframe to remove them. I acknowledge and give my approval to Sylvester & co to use my data for commercial, marketing and advertising purposes and to retain and store my data for this purpose. Purposes such as marketing and sales emails, social media messages and advertisements, and newsletters in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent. If you wish your data to be removed, you must request in writing for Sylvester & co to do so. Requests can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When a successful purchase transaction has been completed, a ticket confirmation will be sent via email to the email address chosen by the purchaser. This ticket confirmation is a receipt for the transaction and is also used to enter the Nordic HR Conferences event mentioned on the ticket. In maximum 7 days after the clarified payment, Sylvester & co claims the right to reject any ticket purchase. If this happens, we will refund the full price of the ticket.
You cannot resell a ticket. Doing so will make the ticket invalid and the ticket holder will not gain entry to the event. All attendee details must be complete and all tickets must be assigned to an attendee. This includes name, work email, job title and company name. Ticket reassignment is possible, but in 7 days after the reassignment, Sylvester & co claims the right to reject the assigned person’s attendance. Please contact Sylvester & co for reassignment.
EVENT CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT POLICY
In the case of postponement or cancellation of a Nordic HR Conferences event, Sylvester & co is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of this. Sylvester & co shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that a Nordic HR Conferences event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled due to an unexpected event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that make performing an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or another emergency.
Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, but circumstances beyond the control of Sylvester & co may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. If so, Sylvester & co reserves the right to change or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics, without any liability to you whatsoever. As soon as possible any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website.
YOUR PURCHASE IS BINDING
Your ticket purchase is binding. Upon your cancellation 7 weeks before the conference, we will refund 50 % of the paid ticket price and in case of cancellation 4 weeks before the conference, the amount will not be refunded. If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, your payment will be returned within 40 days after this is announced to you via e-mail.
Sylvester & co may also collect the following information about you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our websites.
- Name and physical shipping, contact, and payment addresses.
- Email address and telephone numbers.
- Credit card, debit card or bank information.
- Tax identification or VAT number (if applicable).
RIGHT OF ACCESS
You have a right to request a copy of any of your personal data held by Sylvester & co. Requests for a copy of your personal data can be emailed to email@example.com
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Complaints can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will attempt to resolve any customer complaints where reasonable.
